Borne from Jane’s passion for cheese-making and Bruce’s experience in sheep farming, Cambray Cheese is a true family business, with son Tom busy in the dairy.

Their flock of milking ewes graze freely on pastures surrounded by native bushland, drink from natural springs and are milked in a relaxed environment, ensuring milk of the highest quality, full of flavours of the natural environment.
